Why did the customer contact us?

We were contacted with a call to perform leak detection services in Lafayette, Louisiana for a residential home inspection with water leaking everywhere from a pipe leaking inside the walls of the bathroom plumbing under the slab foundation.

Solutions provided:

This slab leak caused a small emergency water damage situation after hours, causing damage to drywall and wet the baseboards including the floors being water damaged. After the water cleanup, the pipe was rerouted and then tested properly before completing the job. The customer originally called us for a small residential leak detection assessment but had no clue how much water was on the floor aside from the walls and cabinets being wet which could have easily caused mold growth. Thankfully we were able to prevent this for our customer by doing the job correctly. This was especially great for our customer because we found the problem immediately, prevented further damage, and fixed the pipe that very same day when the slab leak happened.
