Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a plumbing come out for what he thought was a toilet leak and come to find out it's a slab leak. Plumbing referred LA Leak Detection to find the leak.
Solutions provided:
LA Leak Detection went out there with our sonar equipment and our infrared camera and located a slab beneath the slab. The joints were leaking and cracked. We wrote him a report and referred the water damage to United Fire and Water.
