Customer noticed a really bad smell coming from her day room.

Solutions provided:

LA Leak went out with our infrared camera and located a pipe that was cracked beneath the slab. It had been slowly leaking but no one really goes back there so they did not notice. She had visible water damage so I referred that to United Fire and Water. We also gave her a report.
