Customer's water bill is very high. She called the water compnay and they told her she might have a leak somewhere. She called us asking if we could come do leak detection.

Solutions provided:

We went out and noticed some soft spots on area of her floors. We ran our infrared camera and determined she has a slab leak. She also has a leak outside in her yard. We referred her water damage to United Fire and Water.
